Fire Station Field Trip

Fisher's pre-school had a field trip last week to one of the local fire stations.

They were able to watch a fireman put on all 75 lbs. of his gear. Fisher looked so cute watching in his little hat.

Later they took the kids outside to show them a fire truck. One of the firemen climbed the 95 ft. up the ladder.

Waving near the top.
It was funny when they were asking the kids if they would like to do this one day and Fisher's friend Gabe said something to the effect that "Astronauts are cooler." You have to love four year olds.

Fisher saying cheese with the fireman who climbed the ladder.

Cooper attended as well and spent most of his time trying to grab things he wasn't supposed to touch. This was the best picture I got- at least Fisher was attempting a smile.

Most of them looked more like this.

One of the little girls in Fisher's class could not stay away from Cooper. His little hand could not stay away from her pony tail. I guess the fascination with pulling hair starts at a young age.

To top the whole day off, the school bus was named "Fisher" which was just icing on the cake.
