Physics help needed!!

So, I am taking a physics class and I am not good at it. I have a friend who happens to have a Master's degree in physics, but the number I have for him keeps saying it is out of service or turned off. He happens to live in California with his wife, who teaches school. If anyone knows his number or how to contact him please let me know, for I need him.

Thanks,

Todd

Mail Kentucky Style

Todd ordered a physics book online recently. This is what the package looked like when the mailman left it sitting on our doorstep. He didn't even bother knocking. Maybe he was embarrassed by the condition it was in???

It is going to be sad when we move to Cleveland, which is where we are more than likely moving to, because we won't have anymore "Kentucky" posts. Then again, we hope we don't have dirty neighbors who leave toilets and garbage in the hallway, dirty diapers and garbage in the tree, and steal gigantic TV's only to smuggle them up the stairs in the middle of the night causing excessive amounts of noise in a language that we do not understand...

Fisher and the computer

Fisher absolutely loves sitting on our lap at the computer and playing with the mouse and the keyboard. When we aren't sitting at the computer he will get up on his tip toes and reach for them anyway.

Working hard at reaching the mouse.

If we sit and watch him long enough he becomes frustrated that we won't just pick him up and let him play with the computer. This is what he looks like when the frustration hits.

He will then walk around aimlessly, crying and making it known that he is upset (and tired.)

He eventually will make his way back to the computer letting us know we can make him feel all better if we will just give in and give him what he wants...which is to play with the mouse and keyboard. Being the mean parents we are we normally choose to distract him with other things instead of giving him what he wants.

Our 13 month old!

Smiling for the camera...He is shy about his two front teeth coming in.

Ken, I promise he does have blue eyes! (Not red.)

He loves playing with empty milk jugs.

Fisher after waking up.

When he is all dressed up like a big boy for church he doesn't seem like a baby anymore. He's growing up so fast!

Our big boy showing of his new chompers. You have to enlarge the picture to really see them.

Bad Hair Day...

***We finally decided that it was time to cut Fisher's hair. He was looking a little too comfortable in Kentucky.***

Our little helper

This has nothing to do with anything except that Fisher makes a mess with all of his new toys! Hopefully one day he will learn to pick up his messes as well as he makes them.

I accidently put this one on here. I couldn't figure out how to delete it without deleting everything.

Fisher went in for his flu shot and was given his first sucker. He loved it! (And won't be getting another one for while because it was a big sticky mess!)

If you enlarge this picture you can see his top front teeth both coming in.

Fisher helped me take down Christmas decorations.

He was having such a fun time playing with everything in the box of decorations, taking them out one by one, after I had put them away one by one.

The lights are off....now what do we do?? (If you didnt believe us, maybe you will now when we say that our tree is only three feet tall.)

He had a really fun time playing the lights.

The Carousel

We went to Cincinnati last weekend to celebrate Dad Church's birthday. One of his favorite things to do is to watch Fisher take a ride on the carousel at the mall. It is a very pretty one with tons of lights! This is actually his second time on it, but this time we remembered to bring the camera. Actually, Todd and I forgot it, but Grandma & Grandpa Church were on the ball.

Fisher and the Dog.

Fisher had his first encounter with a dog that is not just a picture in a book...and he loved it.

Still working on Christmas Break!

I am such a slacker. I am still trying to finish putting Christmas break pictures on our blog. Some would ask, why put them up now?? It has come and gone and there are new pictures to put up. I will tell you why I have to finish. I already had figured out which pictures I wanted to put on here, I just haven't had a chance to spend any time on the computer lately. I tend to start projects and never finish and lately I have been trying to be better about that.
So here are some pictures of what we did while in Reno:

This is Mag, Dad Lund's Harris Hawk. The boys spent a lot of time flying him and helping him try to catch rabbits. (Try is the key word here.)

A cool picture Steve took of Mag flying.

Todd enjoyed chasing rabbits around trying to lure them to Mag.

Mag returning to Dad Lund.

Ken had mentioned how Christmas at the Lund house is not "normal." The last Christmas we spent there was spent shooting guns at water bottles and hitting golf balls out into the sage brush. This year Todd found a soft spot for a hairy chicken named "Rocky" Big Bird which my dad had rescued after he had been bitten by a cat. Here he is shown being bathed in the kitchen.

Todd blow drying Rocky Big Bird. He spent a lot of time checking on him making sure he was eating and drinking.

We took a couple of walks with Fisher. This picture was put up because I think Fisher looks funny all bundled up. Todd and I had just barley changed from our pj's so we aren't looking all that great :) It depresses me seeing how pale I am now. When I tell people that Fisher has his Daddy's coloring they now look at me and tell me that I am fair skinned as well. I have never been told that in my entire life. I think I will be investing in a tanning bed eventually.

Todd took me on a terrifying drive up Mt. Rose. I would love to have a little convertible some day. I will drive it 45 mph around Lake Tahoe for a SLOW scenic drive.

The handyman

Fisher giving his frog blanket kisses. He loves this blanket and just the other day was having quite the conversation with it in the car!

Fisher on Christmas night. This is quite the change from a year ago when he was only two days old. He enjoyed playing with all of his new toys, books & puzzles. Thanks again to all the Grandmas, Grandpas, Aunts, Uncles, Great Aunts & Uncles, and friends who gave Fisher all of his new treasures!

Fisher in the handyman pjs with Erin & Jeanne in the background. He was getting over a cold and hand a runny nose. Gross.

I had to show how cute his little tool belt is.

...and the saggy diaper butt in his little striped bottoms!

The faces of "Ken" (and Robbie)

Ken likes to freeze pictures of our son and put them on his site. I decided to return the favor with pictures I found of him from Christmas morning. (And yes, he is a Bona Fide "Esq.")

Christmas Morning...

Talking to the puppets.
Talking to the photographer.
Loving the bows.

So many presents...

Loving the lights.
