Fisher loves to...

Fisher loves to:
Hold Cooper

Cuddle with Cooper.

Stalk Cooper.

Get in Cooper's face.

Pose for pictures with Cooper.

Stick his fingers where he shouldn't. (Trying to make Cooper smile)

Look at Cooper and talk to him with a high pitched baby talk voice.

Invade Cooper's space.

Compare how much bigger he is than his little brother.

Fisher loves being an older brother...so far.

Thank You!

We wanted to say thank you to Mom Church for all of your help the week you were here (and thank you to Dad Church for lending her to us.) It was so nice knowing that Fisher was well taken care of and happy while I napped away my mornings. :) You are such a terrific grandma and our kids will never have any doubts about how much you and Grandpa love them! Thank you for everything you do. We are so thankful to have you in our lives!

We survived the first week!

I have tons of pictures but this was my first week on my own and so the free time was rather limited :) I get the feeling I will be blogging in clusters. A few new ones in a day or two and then one week off...

While I was off having a baby...

This is how we left Fisher the morning of June 19 as we went to go see the doctor which then turned into us heading to the hospital.
He wanted us to leave with a lasting impression so we would not forget about him once the baby came.

While Grandma planted flowers they looked for worms.

Fisher would then play with the worms.

And put them all over his clothes.

Nothing but pictures of the boys.

( They both have such wierd faces in his picture that I can't help but like it.)

There's been a miracle!...Oh wait, never mind.

This is a post about poop so if you don't want to hear about my life (which happens to revolve around poop between Fisher & Cooper) then you probably don't want to read this.
We have two new members of the family by the name of Bumble Bee and "Octopus" Prime, as Fisher calls him. They were a reward for FINALLY pooping on the toilet.

This whole pooping thing has been a nightmare. All I can say is that potty training sucks.

It took a week of tough love concerning the potty but something finally stuck with Fisher and he went just out of the blue all on his own. Todd and I did not believe him when he yelled to us that he pooped.

Unfortunately he happened to do it two more times that same afternoon in his pants. What can I say, it is a work in progress.

His transformers have been great for motivating him to not have accidents. We take them away when he has accidents and he earns them back when he tells us he has to go.

The past two days we have had no poopy accidents...Maybe the miracle is official- but we won't get our hopes up.

I am already dreading potty training Cooper...

Congrats Babe!

Being somewhat caught up with all the new things happening in our lives I failed to mention that Todd passed his Boards. We received the letter on Monday this past week and what a happy piece of mail that was! I am so proud of him. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful husband and father to my children. I could not ask for anyone better who is more suited to me. I love you, Todd, and I am so grateful for all that you do for our family! Congrats on passing. Only a couple more years and another set of Boards to go. :)

Pictures for Grandma & Grandpa Church

So many pictures to share and not enough computer time.
Todd's family came down from Cinci when I went into labor and spent the last few hours of labor and the rest of the weekend in Louisville. They were also able to make a quick trip a week later to come see their two favorite grandsons :) Sorry it has taken so long to share these.
We can't wait for Grandma Church to spend the week with us!
